• References and public professional profiles where relevant to recruitment

We use personal data to respond to enquiries; deliver software, training, and recruitment services; process enrollments and payments; match candidates with opportunities (with consent); send service updates and optional marketing; improve our website; and comply with legal obligations.

Under the NDPA we rely on consent, contract, legitimate interest, and legal obligation as applicable to each processing activity.

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with client companies (recruitment, with consent), service providers under data processing agreements, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, secure hosting, and staff training. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

• Enquiry data: up to 2 years after last interaction
• Candidate recruitment data: up to 3 years after last activity, with consent
• Training records: as required for certification validity and compliance
• Financial records: as required by Nigerian tax and company law
