Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Talhub Limited is a technology company registered in Nigeria at 7 Oluseun Crescent, Gbagada Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria, providing (1) customizable tech solutions, (2) training, certifications, cohorts, and internships, and (3) tech recruitment services.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware or spam, misrepresent your identity, or scrape/redistribute content without written permission.

Custom solutions: scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate statement of work. Those agreements prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

Training: enrollment confirms upon payment (or first installment). Schedules may adjust with reasonable notice. Certificates require successful completion. Internships are competitive and not guaranteed by enrollment alone.

Recruitment: submitting a CV constitutes consent to share your profile for relevant opportunities. Final hiring decisions rest with client companies. Fees for employers are governed by separate agreements.

Fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Late payments may attract interest or suspension. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Website and training materials are property of Talhub Limited. Client deliverable ownership is defined in the project agreement. Enrollees receive a personal, non-transferable license to course materials for their own learning.

Both parties keep non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Services are provided "as is." Training does not guarantee employment, salary, or exam outcomes. Recruitment introductions do not guarantee placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Talhub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim shall not exceed fees paid to Talhub in the 6 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first attempt good-faith negotiation within 30 days, then mediation/arbitration or the courts of Lagos State as applicable.
