Refund Policy

This policy explains when Talhub issues refunds for training programs, certifications, and related services. It applies alongside any enrollment agreement, project agreement, or invoice.

Cancellation before start: full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee (as stated per application) if cancelled 21+ days before start; 50% refund between 7–20 days; no refund less than 7 days before start.

After start: no refund except exceptional circumstances reviewed case-by-case.

Third-party exam fees are non-refundable once registration is submitted. Internship application fees are non-refundable once processed. If Talhub cannot offer a confirmed placement, you may receive a half refund of placement-related fees or a later cohort offer.

Refunds are governed by the project agreement. Deposits and milestone payments for commenced work are generally non-refundable. If Talhub fails to deliver agreed milestones without remedy after written notice within 30 days, fees for undelivered work may be refunded or credited.

Candidate registration is free. Client recruitment fees are governed by separate agreements and are typically non-refundable once a candidate introduction is made, except as stated in that agreement.

Email refunds@talhub.com with your name, program/service, payment date, reason, and receipt. We acknowledge within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds return to the original method within 10–15 business days.

Compassionate requests (serious illness, bereavement, verified hardship) are reviewed case-by-case. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without that opportunity may result in suspension of access to Talhub services.
